I am currently in an extra-fantabulously great mood, thanks in part to the 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide which I am adding to the water tank of my easysprout sprouting machine!

One can very easily establish that women are generally much happier than men. This is easy to prove: LOOK AT THEIR FACES. WOMEN SMILE ALL THE TIME. MEN DON'T. BINGO. Gosh I am such a genius.

This morning, I had to educate my friend David, who is a limping invalid at the moment, about the benefits of OXYGENATION.

The poor fellow doesn't recognize the value of PROPER OXYGENATION:

- Keeping windows open so oxygenated air can circulate

- Deep pranayama breathing to oxygenate the body

- MOVING THE BODY

- Growing sprouts with oxygenated water

- Adding a drop of H2O2 to one's mouthwash

It all does a body good! LIFE IS BASED ON OXYGEN.
