Sharon and I are announcing that we have started a new business
venture: we are making, in our kitchen, a new, better kind of pasta:
a gluten-free pasta made from chickpeas - also
known as "Garbanzo beans". A nutritious pasta that is gluten-free,
high in protein, vitamins and minerals.

void of any nutrients. Gluten is a problem food for many people,
and it's especially a bad idea for people with multiple sclerosis.

We are starting small, making our chickpea pasta in our kitchen
using a pasta crank. We will be setting up a kickstarter campaign
to help us raise funds to help us scale production. The people who
will help us by investing in our kickstarter campaign will receive
our chickpea pasta at a discount as well as other benefits in exchange
for helping us.
